Be it known hereby that it is our royal will to nullify the commissions of all our Chancellors and Vice-Chancellors issued by our writ of 1 July 305 and by this writ to issue new commissions for the High Offices Of State under the crown as follows:

To the office of Arch-Chancellor:

To the office of Chancellor for Diplomatic Relations:

To the office of Chancellor of the Exchequer:

To the office of Chancellor for the Forces:

To the office of Chancellor for the Common Weal:

These commissions shall become effective on 1 July 307

Further, as of the effective date of this writ,

will no longer be a department of the Government of the Kingdom of Altland, but will be at the head of a free-standing international structure maintained cooperatively by the member states of the Altlandic Family of Nations. In this new structure, the office of General Secretary, with a term of three years, will rotate among the Permanent Representatives of the member states, beginning with the most recently admitted and continuing in reverse order of seniority. The Office of General Secretary will therefore next be filled by:
