KAOS gets a nuclear bomb and threatens to blow up a major city unless all the nations in the world disarm. Max and 99 are sent to the Sahara to try to locate and destroy the KAOS bomb. As they search the desert for the missles, KAOS kills their guide and they get trapped in a sandstorm. Rescued by Ahmed, a Bedouin trader, they discover that the missles are hidden under Ahmed's daughter's tent.

Vic Taybeck (Mel in Alice) appears as Jamal, a KAOS lackey, in the first episode directed by Don Adams.
