KAOS has a new weapon to try and kidnap Professor Shotwire, a killer robot named Hymie, who looks human. They send Hymie disguised as a CONTROL agent to a party to kidnap the professor. He does, but Max and 99 convert Hymie from an evil robot to a good robot and he joins CONTROL.

The pantomime scene with Max and Hymie makes this a top ten episode.
