Max and 99 are in London when Jack the Ripper tries to kill 99. Max kills Jack, only to find that he is a wax figure brought to life. They join Inspector Sparrow of Scotland Yard in infiltrating Duval's House of Wax, where Duval is bringing wax figures to life. Max goes undercover as Hitler and 99 wears a blonde wig in this one and that's probably the only highlight.

Ed Platt isn't in these episodes and I think they're probably the weakest episodes produced.
