CONTROL is due to host a conference involving some of the top scientific brains in the Free World. KAOS threatens to ruin it by stealing the retrogressor gun from CONTROL. The gun, which turns adults into children, is taken by a KAOS mole who manages to retrogress Professor Windish, the gun's inventor. After the Chief is retrogressed, Max takes over the conference and sees it safely through, defeating the mole.

Look for Bob Karvelas as a moustached KAOS agent in his first appearance in the show.
