The Chief worries that living with Max had made 99 clumsy, but she convinces the Chief to give her another assignment. He sends her to work undercover on Hannibal Day's radio show, which KAOS is using to send information to its agents. Max joins 99 as the sound effects person and they try to stop the KAOS broadcasts.
