The black and white pilot episode features KAOS' Mr. Big blackmailing CONTROL. He will use the Inthermo Ray to destroy the Statue of Liberty unless CONTROL pays him $100 million. Max teams up with a new partner, Agent 99, who is disguised as a male chauffeur. Max, 99, and Fang successfully find Mr. Big's hideout, a fake garbage scow and defeat his plot.
