KAOS kidnaps the Chief and freezes him to prepare him for mind-control surgery. Disguised as a doctor, Max tries to free the frozen Chief from Harvey Satan. The title of this episode is a play on words from the popular TV show and book, Peyton Place.

This episode also sets a record for using the most different types of phones, with Max using six different phones in one scene - shoe, wallet, eyeglasses, tie, handkerchef, belt, and garter.
