The Roman Bath Spas are being used by KAOS to sweat secrets out of people by using truth serum. The Chief and Max try out a steam, only to find the truth serum forcing them to exchange how they really feel about each other. Owner Montague Leach fancies himself a Roman emperor and when he captures Max and the Chief, he forces Max to fight gladiator style for his life.
