Siegfried puts a $250,000 contract out on Max. Worse than that, if they don't kill Max, the annual KAOS barbecue and bingo party is kaput! Max becomes a paranoid wreck, accusing everyone of being a KAOS agent. When KAOS ups the contract to $500,000, Max decides plastic surgery is the only way to avoid getting killed, so he visits famed plastic surgeon Dr. Noodleman, who did the plastic surgery on his friend Joe Freebish. Noodleman has invented a technique that allows plastic surgery to heal in only a few days.
