Agent 47 dies, leaving Max in charge of the Spys' Guild labor negotiations. Max proves to be a ruthless negotiator, constantly threatening to send the agents out on strike. While searching a bookstore for the source of a KAOS counterfeiting ring, Max and the Chief get captured by KAOS. As Max is about to be killed, he asks the Chief to sign the labor agreement as a last request. The Chief agrees and then Max miraculously saves the day.
