KAOS sabotages a nuclear reactor that will destroy the Mid-West unless Max can get the plans safely to the plant. Unfortunately, KAOS trails him to a train station and Max is forced to hide the tooth in the mouth of another man. Unfortunately, he hides the tooth in the mouth of a man on his way to jail. To get the plans back, Max gets arrested, convicted, and sent to jail in less than twelve hours. He then must extract the fake tooth and get it to 99, thus saving the Mid-West and winning himself the Agent of The Year Award.
